A GYMNASIUM FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE URBAN DISTRICT OF HITCHIN AND FOR ANY OTHER PURPOSE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE SAID DISTRICT FOR WHICH THE COUNCIL UNDER THEIR STATUTORY POWERS ARE ENTITLED TO USE BUILDINGS AND LAND VESTED IN THEM.
