TO RELIEVE EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF EVENLODE WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS. IF AND IN SO FAR AS INCOME CANNOT BE APPLIED IN ANY ONE YEAR IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ABOVE THEN THE TRUSTEES MAY APPLY THE SAME FOR ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF EVENLODE
