THE YEARLY INCOME OF THE CHARITY SHALL BE APPLIED BY THE TRUSTEES IN MAKING PAYMENTS, UNDER ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING HEADS, FOR THE BENEFIT EITHER OF THE POOR OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ALDFIELD GENERALLY, OR OF SUCH POOR PERSONS RESIDENT THEREIN.
