1.TO APPLY 87% OF THE CHARITYS INCOME FOR THE RELIEF OF PERSONS WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT WHO ARE POOR OR IN NEED,HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS; AND,(2)TO APPLY 13% OF THE CHARITYS INCOME IN FURTHERING THE RELIGIOUS AND OTHER CHARITABLE WORK OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT.
