Charitable objects

TO PAY THE INCOME TO THE HELP THE AGED HOUSING ASSOCIATION AND TO THE FRIENDS OF THE POOR AND GENTLEFOLK HELP OR TO EITHER OR THEM TO BE APPLIED FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES OF THESE BODIES OR EITHER OF THEM OR IN THE EVENT OF BOTH OF THESE BODIES CEASING TO EXIST THEM FOR THE CHARITABLE PURPOSES OF SOME OTHER CHARITABLE INSTITUTION OR CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS THE OBJECTS OF WHICH ARE SIMILAR TO THE OBJECTS OF THE ASSOCIATION OR OF THE SAID THE FRIENDS OF THE GENTLEFOLK HELP PROVIDED THAT THE BANK SHALL PAY THE WHOLE OF THE SAID INCOME TO THE ASSOCIATION IN ANY YEAR DURING WHICH THE ASSOCIATION SHALL HAVE MAINTAINED THE BUILDINGS AND THE SAID GARDENS TO THE REASONABLE SATISFACTION OF THE BANK.
