FOR THE PURPOSE OF CARRYING ON IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PRINCIPLES OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND TEMPERANCE SOCIETY THE BUSINESS OF A COFFEE HOUSE OR COFFEE TAVERN KEEPER AND AS A PLACE OR REFRESHMENTS. THE TRUSTEES SHALL NOT PERMIT THE SALE OF ALCOHOLIC LIQUORS IN OR UPON ANY PART OF THE PREMISES.
