Charitable objects

THE STUDY AND PERFORMANCE OF MUSICAL AND OPERATIC WORKS AND THEATRICAL PRODUCTIONS, AND TO MAKE DONATIONS OUT OF SURPLUS FUNDS FROM TIME TO TIME OF SUCH AMOUNTS AS THE SOCIETY IN GENERAL MEETING SHALL CONSIDER WARRANTED BY THE SIZE OF THE SURPLUS FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES WHETHER CONNECTED WITH THE AMATEUR STAGE OR NOT AS THE SOCIETY IN GENERAL MEETING SHALL DETERMINE.
