TO PAY OR APPLY THE INCOME OR CAPITAL THEREOF TO OR FOR THE FURTHERANCE OF SUCH CHARITABL BODIES OR CHARITABE INSTITUTIONS OR CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE SETTLOR OR THE SAID SARA ELIZABETH FURSE JOINTLY OR SEVERALLY AND AS THE SURVIVORDURING WRITING DIRECT AND SUBJECT TOT OR IN DEFAULT OF ANY SUCH DIRECTION OR AFTER THE DEATH OF THE SETTLOR AND HIS SPOUSE TO SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR DISCRETION THINK FIT.
