RELIEVING THE CONDITIONS OF PERSONS WITHIN OR FORMERLY RESIDENT WITHIN THE AREA OF BENEFIT WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM MENTAL ILLNESS, ARRESTED OR INCOMPLETE DEVELOPMENT OF MIND, PSYCHOPATHIC DISORDER OR ANY OTHER DISORDER OR DISABILITY OR MIND AND IN PARTICULAR (BUT WITHOUT IN ANY WAY LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FORGOING) BY MAKING GRANTS OF MONEY CLOTHING OR OTHERWISE FO OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF SUCH PERSONS BY ARRANGING FOR THEM TO BE VISITED IN HOSPITALS OR OTHER PLACES WHERE THEY ARE FROM TIME RESIDING OR UNDERGOING TREATMENT AND BY ARRANGING HOLIDAYS FOR THEM.
