The aim of the charity is to provide and upkeep the Village Hall for the use of the parish of Weston Underwood in the County of Buckinghamshire without distinction of political, religious of other opinion. Uses include meeting, lectures, classes and other forms of recreational and leisure time occupations with the objective of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.
