TO PURCHASE MEDICAL EQUIPMENT TO BE USED FOR THE INVESTKGATION AND TREATMENT OF PATIENTS IN THE BASIGSTOKE HEALTH DISTRICT AND TO FURTHER MEDICAL RESEARCH, MEDICAL EDUCATION AND MEDICAL CARE IN THAT HEALTH DISTRICT, AND TO PUBLISH THE RESULTS OF ANY RESEARCH FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC.
