TO PROMOTE THE RELIEF OF THE ELDERLY (A) BY FOSTERING AN D PROMOTING THE IMPROVEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE BUILDING AND LAND BELONGING TO GLEBE HOUSING ASSOCIATION LIMIED WHETHER FREEHOLD OR LEASEHOLD FOR THE USE OF ELDERLY PERSONS AND (B) BY MAKING GRANTS EITHER TO GLEBE HOUSING ASSOCIATION LIMITED OR TO ELDERLY PERSONS RESIDING IN SUCH FREEHOLD OR LEASEHOLD PROPERTY WHO ARE FRAIL AND IN NECESSITOUS CIRCUMSTANCES AND IN SUCH OTHER WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL THINK FIT.
