Charitable objects

A) A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE VILLAGE OF PAINTERS FORSTAL IN THE PARISH OF OSPRINGE IN THE COUNTY OF KENT WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS INCLUDING USE FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS. B) A RECREATION GROUND AND FACILITIES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE SAID INHABITANTS IN SUCN MANNER A THE COMMITTEE SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT.
