(I) TO PROVIDE REGULAR PUBLIC TRANSPORT ON A NON-PROFIT MAKING BASIS FOR THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISHES OF BLACKAWTON, DITTISHAM AMD SURROUNDING AREA. (II) TO PROVIDE TRANSPORT FOR THE USE OF CHARITABLE BODIES AND/OR VOLUNTARY GROUPS FOR THEIR CHARITABLE PURPOSES, BASED IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT.
