TO PROVIDE RECREATIONAL SWIMMING ACTIVITIES FOR DISABLED PEOPLE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE REGARDLESS OF THE SEVERITY OF THEIR DISABILITY, OR OF THEIR AGE.
