Charitable objects
(A) THE PROMOTION OF ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE ELDERLY PEOPLE, ESPECIALLY THOSE OF AFRO-CARIBBEAN ORIGIN IN THE COMMUNITY IN WESTMINSTER BY THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION, THE PROTECTION OF HEALTH AND THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, SICKNESS AND DISTRESS. (B) TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF, FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION FOR PERSONS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES AS AFORESAID BY REASON OF THEIR AGE OR SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE PERSONS FOR WHOM THE FACILITIES ARE PRIMARILY INTENDED.
