(A) TO SUPPORT THE PRESERVATION OF EPPING FOREST AS AN UNENCLOSED OPEN SPACE FOR THE RECREATION AND USE OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC AND THE PRESERVATION OF THE NATURAL ASPECT THEREOF. (B) TO FURTHER THE KNOWLEDGE AND APPRECIATION OF THE PUBLIC IN ALL MATTERS RELATING TO EPPING FOREST.
