ADVANCING THE EDUCATION OF PERSONS WHO ARE STUDENTS OF ARCHITRECTURE AND SUBJECTS RELATED THERTO AND ARE RESIDENT OR STUDYING IN THE AREA OF THE SOUTH EAST REGION OF THE ROYAL INSTITUTE OF BRITISH ARCHITECTS AS CONSTITUTED FROM TIME TO TIME BY THE AWARD OF PRIZES, SCHOLARSHIP, GRANTS FOR TRAVEL, MAINTENANCE ALLOWANCES AND OTHER SIMILAR BENEFITS.
