PROMOTING THE EDUCATION (INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING) OF BOYS AND GIRLS WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF THE ANCIENT PARISH OF CREDITON AND WHO ARE MEMBERS OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND AND WHO ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND IN PARTICULAR BY THE WAYS SPECIFIED BY THE ABOVE MENTIONED SCHEME.
