TO PROVIDE SUCH SPECIAL BENEFITS OF ANY KIND NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL AUTHORITY FOR THE PUPILS OF RICHARD AVENUE SCHOOL AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE AGREED BETWEEN THE TRUSTEES AND THE GOVERNORS OF THAT SCHOOL AFTER CONSULTATION WITH THE SAID AUTHORITY
IF AND IN SO FAR AS THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY CANNOT BE APPLIED TOWARDS THE OBJECT ABOVE IT MAY BE APPLIED IN ASSISTANCE TOWARDS NURSERY OR RECEPTION CLASSES WITHIN PRIMARY SCHOOLS SITUATED IN THE CITY OF SUNDERLAND
