Charitable objects
FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AND IN SUCH PROPORTION AS SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME BE DETERMINED BY THE TRUSTEES AND WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING AND UNTIL THE TRUSTEES SHALL OTHERWISE DETERMINE FOR THE CARRYING OUT OF RESEARCH INTO THE DEVELOPMENT OF VACCINE AGAINST SERIOUS DISEASES (INCLUDNG HERPES AND AIDS) AND THE PUBLICATION OF THE RESEARCH AND THE PROVISION OF ADVICE GUIDANCE TREATMENT EDUCATION AND THERAPY TO PERSONS WHO ARE SUFFERING OR MAY SUFFER FROM THESE DISEASES OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE CONDITION AND PREVENTION OF THESE DISEASES GENERALLY.
