SUCH PURPOSES AS SHALL FOR THE TIME BEING BE CHARITABLE PURPOSES ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND. SUCH CORPORATIONS, INSTITUTIONS, TRUSTS OR BODIES OF PERSONS (WHEREVER ESTABLISHED OR SITUATED) AS SHALL FOR THE TIME BEING BE ESTABLISHED FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES ACCORDING TO THE LAW ON ENGLAND INCLUDING IN PARTICULAR AND WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS IN ISRAEL HAVING FOR THEIR OBJECTIVES (1) THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE JEWISH RELIGION (2) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION OR (3) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY.
