THE RELIEF OF PHYSICALLY HANDICAPPED PERSONS RESIDENT IN AND AROUND SUSSEX, BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES TO ENABLE SUCH PHYSICALLY HANDICAPPED PEOPLE TO PARTICIPATE IN SPORTS OR OTHER LEISURETIME OCCUPATIONS, SO AS TO IMPROVE THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
