(1) TO PROTECT, MAINTAIN, REPAIR, RESTORE, PRESERVE, IMPROVE, BEAUTIFY AND RECONSTRUCT FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC THE BUILDINGS AND PUBLIC AREAS OF QUEEN SQUARE IN THE CITY OF BRISTOL; AND
(2) SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE GENERAL BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE CITY OF BRISTOL FOR WHICH PROVISION IS NOT MADE FROM PUBLIC RATES AND TAXES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL THINK FIT.
