(B) THE RELIEF OF UMEMPLOYMENT AND, IN PARTICULAR OF DISABLED PEOPLE, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN SUCH WAYS AS MAY BE THOUGH FIT, INCLUDING ENCOURAGEMENT, SUPPORT AND ASSISTANCE, TO FIND EMPLOYMENT
