THE RELIEF OF PERSONS IN PRINCES RISBOROUGH AND THE SURROUNDING AREA WHO HAVE MENTAL HEALTH, LEARNING OR PHYSICAL DISABILITIES OR WHO ARE ELDERLY IN PARTICULAR BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF ITEMS AND FACILITIES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PERSONS AT THE PRINCES RISBOROUGH CENTRE AND ELSEWHERE AND BY MAKING GRANTS OF MONEY (OR OF ITEMS AND EQUIPMENT) TO GROUPS AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS WORKING WITH AND FOR THE BENEFIT OF SUCH PERSONS.
