TO ADVANCE THE RECREATION AND EDUCATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE WITHIN THE COUNTY OF WORCESTERSHIRE, IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES TO THE END THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND THAT THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED BY SUPPORTING AND PROMOTING THE DUKE OF EDINBURGH'S AWARD.
