TO PROMOTE SOCIAL INCLUSION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT OF THOSE WHO HAVE EXPERIENCE OF MENTAL ILL-HEALTH AND THEIR FAMILIES IN THE UNITED KINGDOM, AND TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF SUCH PEOPLE IN PARTICULAR BY ENCOURAGING THE PROVISION OF LOCAL PASTORAL CARE.
