THE RELIEF OF PERSONS SUFFERING FROM FINANCIAL HARDSHIP, SICKNESS AND DISTRESS OR WHO ARE OTHERWISE IN NEED AND IN PARTICULAR FOR SUCH PERSONS IN AFGHANISTAN AND THE SURROUNDING AREA THROUGH THE PROVISION OF MATERIAL ASSISTANCE, MEDICAL EQUIPMENT AND SUPPORT.
