TO RELIEVE THE NEED OF ELDERLY RESIDENTS IN THE WEST SUSSEX AND EAST HAMPSHIRE AREAS, THROUGH THE PROVISION AND ASSISTANCE IN THE PROVISION OF A COUNSELLING SERVICE, IN ORDER TO IMPROVE THEIR QUALITY OF LIFE.
