DECLARATION OF TRUST DATED 11 SEPTEMBER 2001
Charitable objects
1) TO FURTHER THE EDUCATION ( INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL) OF CHILDREN ATTENDING ANY SCHOOL TO INCLUDE, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY DAY OR SECONDARY SCHOOL, AS SHALL BE AGREED BETWEEN THE TRUSTEES; 2) TO FURTHER RELIGIOUS INSTITUTION OR CHARITY, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION , PROVISION AND UPKEEP OF PREMISES USED AND SERVICES PROVIDED BY, ANY RELIGIOUS INSTITUTION OR CHARITY, AS SHALL BE AGREED BETWEEN THE TRUSTEES; 3) TO RELIVE PERSONS, WHETHER OR NOT THEY ARE RESIDENT OR TEMPORARILY LOCATED IN THE UNITED KINGDOM OR ISRAEL, WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS AS A RESULT OF LOCAL, NATIONAL OR INTERNATIONAL DISASTER, BY REASON OF THEIR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES OR OTHERWISE AS SHALL BE AGREED BETWEEN THE TRUSTEES; 4)TO PROMOTE SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE DETERMINED
