TO ADVANCE PUBLIC EDUCATION IN ALL RESPECTS OF THE DESIGN, BUILDING, FUNCTION MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION OF STEAM AND OTHER ENGINES, PLANT APPARATUS AND EQUIPMENT AND IN PARTICULAR ENGINES MADE BY ROBEY OF LINCOLN, AND TO THIS END TO ACQUIRE, RESTORE, OPERATE, PRESERVE AND DISPLAY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC, STEAM VEHICLES AND OTHER HISTORIC ENGINES, ESPECIALLY ITEMS OF THE ROBEY MANUFACTURE.
