(A) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY BY PROMOTING THE AGRICULTURAL REGENERATION IN SIERRA LEONE. (B) TO ADVANCE THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEVELOPMENT OF CHILDREN AGED BETWEEN 3 AND 5 YEARS WHO HAVE BEEN AFFECTED BY THE TRAUMA OF CIVIL WAR.
