JOSLIN MEMORIAL PRIZE TO BE AWARDED AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF THE DIRECTOR OF EDUCATION TO THE MOST PROMISING PUPIL OF AN OLDHAM SENIOR SCHOOL INTENDING TO PROCEED TO A DEGREE IN MATHEMATICS AT A RECOGNISED UNIVERSITY. SHOULD THERE BE NO SUITABLE NOMINEE IN A PARTICULAR YEAR CONSIDERATION IS TO BE GIVEN TO PUPILS IN PHYSICS OR THE BIOLOGICAL.
