THE ADVANCEMENT OF THEIR EDUCATION; C. THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES/OCCUPATIONS IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE IN ORDER TO IMPROVE THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
