4.1 TO PROMOTE AND DEVELOP FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC RESEARCH INTO AND EDUCATION ABOUT THE CAUSES AND TREATMENT OF ILLNESS SICKNESS DISABILITY HANDICAP INFIRMITY AND DISEASE AND ESPECIALLY MUSCULO-SKELETAL DISABILITY AND DISEASE PROVIDED THAT THE RESULTS OF ANY SUCH RESEARCH ARE PUBLISHED 4.2 TO RELIEVE PATIENTS RECEIVING ORTHOPAEDIC TREATMENT AT ANY HOSPITAL OR ON THEIR DISCHARGE WHO ARE ILL SICK CONVALESCENT DISABLED HANDICAPPED OR IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
