I) ADVANCE AND SAFEGUARD THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS OF THE SCHOOL BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED FOR BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY FOR EDUCATION AT THE SCHOOL, AND
II) BY STRIVING TO MAINTAIN AND IMPROVE, THROUGH REPRESENTATIONS TO THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY AND OTHERWISE, THOSE ESSENTIAL SERVICES TO THE SCHOOL WHICH ARE NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY
