THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF PERSONS WITH DOWN SYNDROME.
