TO RELIEVE SICKNESS AND PROMOTE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH BY THE PROVISION OF INCLUSIVE CONFIDENTIAL COUNSELLING AND THERAPEUTIC SERVICES TO PEOPLE WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM STRESS, ANXIETY OR TRAUMA, ARISING IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, FROM BEREAVEMENT, MARITAL DIFFICULTIES, DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, BULLYING, REDUNDANCY, PHOBIAS, ADDICTIONS, SUBSTANCE MISUSE, OR EATING DISORDERS.
