B THE ESTABLISHMENT AND PUBLICATION OF A FLOCK BOOK OF RECOGNISED AND PURE-BRED SHEEP USED IN THE PAST, AND THE ANNUAL REGISTRATION OF THE PEDIGREES OF SUCH SIRES AND DAMS AS ARE PROVED TO THE SATISFACTION OF THE COUNCIL TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR ENTRY.ER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY THROUGH THE PROVISION OF GRANTS, GOODS OR SERVICES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE PROVISION OF EDUCATION, TECHNOLOGY, AND HEALTH SERVICES; AND
