1) TO ADVANCE EDUCATION ON ALL ASPECTS OF AFRICAN AND CARIBBEAN HISTORY AND CULTURE AND TO PROVIDE TRAINING, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT BY WAY OF LIMITATION, TO THOSE OVER THE AGE OF 50 IN SKILLS RELATING TO INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, WRITING AND PRESENTATION AND SELF ADVOCACY; AND 2) TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT GOOD HEALTH, PARTICULARLY BUT NOT BY WAY OF LIMITATION THROUGH THE PROVISION OF FORUMS, PROJECTS, SEMINARS AND WORKSHOPS.
