ARE THE PRESERVATION, MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION OF DIESEL MULTIPLE UNITS (RAILCARS) FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT ON THE LLANGOLLEN RAILWAY OR SUCH OTHER RAILWAYS AS THE CHARITY MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DECIDE AND TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE HISTORY OF SUCH RAILCARS BY SUCH MEANS AS THE TRUSTEES DEEM FIT.
