Activities - how the charity spends its money
House of Light provides one to one counselling and support to people affected by maternal mental health issues. Primarily antenatal and postnatal depression and/or anxiety. We offer support by telephone, text, email, group and one to one counselling sessions. Our clients receive much needed support in a professional, understanding, warm and friendly environment.
