TO PROVIDE THE RELIEF OF THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL SICKNESS OF PERSONS OF BLACK, ASIAN, MINORITY, ETHNIC (BAME) DESCENT CURRENTLY LIVING IN THE HARINGEY AND ELSEWHERE IN LONDON AND THE UK, IN NEED BY REASON OF ADDICTION TO DRUGS AND ALCOHOL, IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF COUNSELLING AND SUPPORT.
