THE RELIEF OF HARDSHIP AMONGST PEOPLE LIVING IN RURAL AND SEMI RURAL VILLAGES IN AFRICA BY PROVIDING SUCH PERSONS AND COMMUNITIES WITH THE MEANS TO REDUCING POVERTY AND IMPROVING THEIR QUALITY AND STANDARDS OF LIFE WHICH THEY COULD NOT OTHERWISE AFFORD TO DO THROUGH LACK OF MEANS AND/OR KNOWLEDGE.
