TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF YOUNG PEOPLE WHO ARE IN NEED BY REASON OF THEIR AGE, FAMILY, FINANCIAL, SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCE THROUGH PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES, SCHOLARSHIPS AND RESOURCES TO PROVIDE THE REQUIRED EDUCATION.
