Charitable objects
IMAGINELL FOUNDATION'S OBJECTIVE IS TO PROVIDE GRANTS AND DONATIONS TO SUCH CHARITABLE ORGANISATIONS AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR DISCRETION THINK FIT FOR THE PURPOSE OF:
A. RELIEVING OR PREVENTING POVERTY IN AFRICA, ASIA AND LATIN AMERICA; AND
B. ADVANCING EDUCATION IN AFRICA, ASIA, LATIN AMERICA AND EUROPE
WITH A VIEW TO PROVIDING FOR THE EMPOWERMENT AND DIGNITY OF WOMEN AND CHILDREN
