Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES MUST APPLY THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY TO ADVANCE SUCH EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE PURPOSES ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL DETERMINE FROM TIME TO TIME INCLUDING BUT WITHOUT LIMITATION AND IN NO ORDER OF PRIORITY: 1) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND NEED. 2) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION. 3) THE PROMOTION OF THE CONSERVATION, PROTECTION AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE PHYSICAL AND NATURAL ENVIRONMENT. 4) THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND PRESERVATION OF HEALTH. 5) THE ADVANCEMENT OF RELIGION. ( THE OBJECTS ) IN ALL CASES BY THE DONATION OF FUNDS TO INDIVIDUALS OR ORGANISATIONS WHO WILL USE THEM EXCLUSIVELY IN WAYS WHICH FALL WITHIN THE OBJECTS.
