(B) THE ENCOURAGEMENT OF THE PUBLICATION OF ORIGINAL CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE STUDY OF MEDICAL SCIENCE. (C) TO MAKE DONATIONS TO CHARITABLE AND OTHER WORTHY CAUSES AND PROVIDE MEDICAL STUDENT BURSARIES AT THE DIRECTOR'S DISCRETION.
