4.2 TO HELP IN ALLEVIATING POVERTY AND PROVIDING EDUCATIONAL, HEALTH, AND OTHER FORMS OF ASSISTANCE TO COMMUNITIES IN NEED BOTH IN THE UK AND IN DEVELOPING COUNTRIES.
